• Current valid driver s license
• English communication skills
• Motivation to succeed, dependable attitude, and strong work ethic
• Eagerness to grow with our company and build a long-term career
• Topcon GPS experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus

While not required, labor or heavy equipment operating experience would be a bonus. We will train candidates who display the right attitude and drive.

Hours may vary depending on the project, but this entry-level position typically works from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Every day, you coordinate with your team to pull off accurate, impressive results. You re responsible for safely excavating job sites and installing essential utilities like storm, sanitary, and water pipes. Closely following any plans, you operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and compactors. You dig holes, set grades, and lay pipes while always keeping safety at the forefront.
