Civil Project Engineer

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on large heavy civil construction projects
• Experience in water/wastewater, concrete, excavation, and underground/exposed piping
• A people-focused leader who values teamwork, accountability, and developing others

The Wastewater Project Manager leads, plans, and controls all project resources to ensure successful outcomes for clients, teams, and partners. This role provides hands-on leadership throughout the construction lifecycle, applying proven project management practices while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Success is measured by delivering projects safely, efficiently, and profitably while developing people and strengthening client relationships.

$100,000/yr to $140,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
