You're a builder at heart and a leader by nature. You know how to run a clean, safe, and organized job site — and you take pride in seeing a project through from dirt to delivery. You re comfortable making decisions, holding teams accountable, and partnering closely with Project Managers to bring complex projects to life on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Supervise and support field personnel and subcontractors to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, including short-term look-aheads and critical path milestones.
  • Partner with the Project Manager on planning, procurement strategies, and supply chain coordination.
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Champion job site safety by enforcing company safety programs and OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, substantial completion, and final turnover.
  • Manage punch list execution and ensure a smooth transition to property management.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes and resolve issues proactively.
  • Lead weekly onsite meetings and participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings.
  • Support preconstruction efforts through constructability reviews and schedule input.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and reporting.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 7+ years of experience successfully leading multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, and scheduling tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor s or Associate degree in Construction Management preferred (not required).
