The General Trades Laborer works as a member of a diverse crew, performing a variety of interior and exterior construction tasks, including light framing, hardware and accessory installation, hanging doors, demolition, and other general construction duties.

This is an entry‑level position; we are willing to train motivated individuals.

• Use tape measures, hand tools, bubble and laser levels, power tools, and other construction equipment to tear down, remodel, build, and renovate.
• Show readiness to learn and grow construction skills from industry‑leading professionals while maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics.
• Be on time and present every day for work.

• No experience necessary, but preferred.
• Show eagerness to learn and grow skills in the general construction field.
• Must be safety‑mindful and comfortable working with scaffold systems, shoring, weather protection, and installation of fall protection systems.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to submit to a background check and drug screening.

40+ hours per week | Dynamic work schedule dependent on project status | Working construction environment | Outdoor/Construction site work | Moderate safety risk | Delivery of accurate and completed project.
