Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Superintendent role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising contractors, coordinating schedules, resolving on‑site challenges, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and stakeholders. The candidate will ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations while monitoring project progress and ensuring quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and on‑site supervision.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills to manage teams effectively on‑site.
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in commercial or large‑scale construction preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
