Job Description
- Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for commercial projects
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and documents
- Develop professional bid proposals and pricing strategies
- Negotiate bids and follow through to contract award
- Manage projects with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Minimum 3 years estimating light and heavy gauge metal stud framing and drywall
- Experience estimating multi-million-dollar commercial projects
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and specifications
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
