Concrete Laborer
As a Facilities Laborer on this large civil construction project, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and maintaining site cleanliness. You will assist carpenters and other trades, help set up and maintain trailer alleys, and contribute to the construction and upkeep of temporary facilities. This role requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Job Responsibilities- Work with carpenters, assisting in moving materials as needed on site. This includes assisting with the decking that is being constructed around the different trailer alleys.
- Assist with construction of temporary resting areas on site.
- Municipalities building clean up: dusting, sweeping, and mopping on snowy days.
- Previous outdoor experience.
- Ability to do manual labor including shoveling, lifting heavy material, and being on your feet all day.
- Willing to submit to drug test (including THC).
- Work will be either dry or wet and hot in summer and cold and wet in the fall and winter.
- Laborers will need to be prepared to wear muck boots and work in the mud.
- This is a dirty job and requires a good attitude and determination to complete the task despite the adverse conditions.
Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
