Job DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design partners
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
- Mentor and collaborate with project team members in an owner-focused culture
