Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations.
- Proven experience as a lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
- Experience managing large, multi-trade job sites with aggressive schedules.
- Ability to interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Experience coordinating and supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and means and methods.
- Experience managing project safety programs and enforcing jobsite safety standards.
- Ability to lead daily field operations, including scheduling, coordination, and site meetings.
- Experience working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Ability to manage quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Strong leadership presence on-site with ability to drive accountability across trades.
- Experience with construction software and field reporting tools.
- Ability to manage project closeout, punch lists, and turnover processes.
- Strong communication skills with field crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
