Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations.
• Proven experience as a lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
• Experience managing large, multi-trade job sites with aggressive schedules.
• Ability to interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience coordinating and supervising multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and means and methods.
• Experience managing project safety programs and enforcing jobsite safety standards.
• Ability to lead daily field operations, including scheduling, coordination, and site meetings.
• Experience working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ability to manage quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Strong leadership presence on-site with ability to drive accountability across trades.
• Experience with construction software and field reporting tools.
• Ability to manage project closeout, punch lists, and turnover processes.
• Strong communication skills with field crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
