Construction Manager/ Foreman, Construction Labor / Trades
Warehouse 1745 N Harding St Indianapolis, IN 46202, USA
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews, including carpenters and laborers.
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
Promote and enforce job site safety policies and procedures.
Communicate project progress, material needs, and workforce requirements to management.
Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards.
Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve performance and workmanship.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain project schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of construction trade experience
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
- Experience working as a Carpenter and/or Laborer, with demonstrated ability to lead and supervise field crews
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- OSHA safety training or certification
- Experience leading commercial and/or residential construction projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
