Job Overview

The Project Manager will serve as a dedicated resource for a valued client in the Princeton, Indiana area, managing multiple construction and development projects from initiation through completion.

• Lead multiple construction and development projects simultaneously through all phases from planning to closeout, ensuring seamless coordination between all parties.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders, providing clear status updates and driving decision‑making processes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality standards, and ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track costs against forecasts, analyze variances, and provide regular financial reporting to client leadership.
• Review and process project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications, while maintaining organized files that meet client standards.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management.
• Proven experience in real estate development, design, and construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction projects from initial planning through final completion and closeout.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore.
• Experience developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and providing financial reporting.
• Deep commitment to safety culture with experience implementing and monitoring safety programs on construction sites.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain detailed records across numerous projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience serving as a dedicated resource or embedded team member for specific clients.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, including RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
• Track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving process improvements in project delivery.
• Experience with contract administration, including change order management, submittals, and closeout documentation.
• Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences and facilitate collaborative problem‑solving.
• Professional presence with demonstrated success in client‑facing roles and relationship management.
