Work with a construction firm specializing in heavy civil, sitework, and underground utilities throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding area. This is a company known for steady growth, strong leadership, and an environment where driven professionals can gain hands-on experience and grow their career.

We are seeking a Project Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in heavy civil construction.

• $80K–$120K (DOE)

• Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines
• Order materials
• Track daily project costs
• Provide field support and assist with operations
• Assist with scheduling and coordination
• Perform quantity takeoffs

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1–5 years of heavy civil experience (grading, paving, concrete, site prep, trenching, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
