• Lead day-to-day construction operations on active jobsites
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, and field activities
• Maintain project schedules and help drive successful execution from mobilization through closeout
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, cleanliness, quality control, and code compliance
• Identify and resolve field issues in partnership with the project team
• Lead subcontractor meetings, maintain daily reports, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage punch list completion and ensure work is delivered at a high level of quality

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Background in multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred
• Strong ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain quality standards in the field
• Clear communication skills with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Strong understanding of construction documents, safety standards, local building codes, and jobsite sequencing
• Ability to solve problems quickly while keeping projects moving forward

Most projects are located within the Indianapolis metro area, with occasional travel throughout Indiana depending on project needs.

Compensation is flexible based on experience, project background, and overall fit. For the right Superintendent, the base salary can be structured competitively, with potential up to the $165K-$170K+ range depending on qualifications.
