Job Summary
A top ENR-ranked general contractor is hiring a Construction Project Manager to help lead high-profile commercial projects for clients such as Eli Lilly, IU Health, Purdue University, Ball State University, and Indianapolis International Airport. In this role, you'll take ownership of project execution from preconstruction through closeout, leading project teams, coordinating subcontractors, and driving successful outcomes in the field. Ideal candidates bring commercial construction project management experience, leadership skills, and a desire to grow with an employee‑owned company known for developing long-term leaders.

Education:
Bachelors
- Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, owners, architects, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive accountability across project stakeholders while fostering a collaborative and team‑oriented environment.
- Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly project reporting.
- Build and maintain client relationships while supporting successful project execution on complex commercial construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise, mentor, and hold project team members accountable.
- Communication and organizational skills with experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
