Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project schedules using Microsoft Project in Procore.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs accurately.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Oversee subcontractor management and site supervision.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, schematics, and blueprints.
- Maintain effective time management practices to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve project issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project in Procore.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and construction site operations.
- Excellent project management, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in estimating and planning.
