Traveling Roofing Supervisor - Commercial Steep Slope
Full-Time | Nationwide Travel
About JRC:JRC is a nationwide commercial roofing contractor headquartered just north of Nashville, TN. We are licensed to operate in 48 states and specialize in steep-slope roof replacements for commercial and multi-family properties. We are hiring Project Supervisors to oversee on-site operations and manage prequalified subcontractor crews across the country. This role requires 90% travel, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every job.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of prequalified traveling subcontractor crews
- Travel to job sites nationwide (90% travel required)
- Ensure job site safety, work quality, and adherence to project specifications
- Conduct site inspections and perform final walk-throughs with property managers
- Submit daily and weekly job reports, photos, and required documentation
- Manage minor on-site materials and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Arrange lodging within company guidelines for each project trip
- Represent JRC professionally and uphold company values and standards
- Experience supervising commercial roofing crews (steep-slope strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with shingles, tile, slate, and sheet metal (coping cap, flashing, etc.)
- Willingness and availability to travel 90% of the time (multi-day/multi-week trips)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using basic mobile technology for reporting and documentation
- Company Vehicle provided
