• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain project schedule
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
• Maintain and update project schedules, including short-interval planning
• Lead daily site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies
• Review and manage subcontractor performance and productivity
• Track and report on project milestones, delays, and risks
• Ensure proper documentation including daily logs, RFIs, and punch lists
• Collaborate with project management teams on budgeting and cost control
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project partners
• Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and coordination of trades
• Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover processes
