Sipes Asphalt & Concrete is seeking a hardworking and reliable Asphalt Crew Laborer to join our paving team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, laying, and finishing of asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces.
This physically demanding position requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and weekend shifts.
