As a Mechanical Project Manager, you ll lead commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects throughout Central Indiana from preconstruction through closeout. You ll oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, customer relationships, contract administration, and financial performance while partnering closely with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage multiple mechanical and HVAC construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, labor productivity, job costs, billings, cash flow, and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, as-built documentation, commissioning support, warranties, and final billing.
• Utilize Procore, Computer Ease, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and reporting.

• Five or more years of commercial or industrial mechanical construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and project financials.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
