Construction Workers

Integrity Trade Services is seeking construction workers for a manufacturing facility project in South Whitley, Indiana. This contract role offers steady work with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, and have experience in construction or interior build-out.
Perks & Benefits- Starting pay: $20/hr+ (more based on experience)
- Full-time hours (40 hrs/week) with overtime opportunities
- Weekly pay
- Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) upon hire by ITS
- Construction or interior build-out experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure (required)
- Ability to read blueprints (a plus, not required)
- Reliable and safety-minded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced jobsite environment
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience with installing drywall, dropped ceilings, floors, exteriors, or final finish cleaning
- Ability to read blueprints
