Pepper Construction is seeking laborers for our commercial construction projects in Indiana. The role involves assisting carpenters, bricklayers, drywall and cement finishers on active job sites. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime possible and schedule variations based on daylight and project needs.
