E. Beaty, Inc. is hiring a Foreman for our residential concrete construction crew in Indianapolis, IN.
The role is full-time non-exempt with wages of $29.00 to $33.00 per hour, and requires supervision of crews on slab work. You will train crews, read blueprints, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, coordinate with superintendents, and maintain equipment. Candidates should have 3+ years concrete experience, at least 1 year in leadership, and a valid driver's license.
