Role: Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily

Job Information

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Support Superintendent in daily on‑site construction operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work for quality and compliance
  • Assist with project scheduling and sequencing of trades
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and participate in safety meetings
  • Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for field execution
  • Assist with inspections and ensure work meets project requirements
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
  • Communicate effectively with project team, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Identify and help resolve field issues and conflicts
  • Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Support punch list completion and project closeout activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience supporting ground‑up construction projects
  • Familiarity with multifamily or mixed‑use construction
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment
