What we’re looking for- Solid construction experience (must have) - exterior work like siding, soffit, fascia, or gutters is a big plus
- Fluent English and functional Spanish to communicate well with customers and the team
- Valid driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Strong people skills — comfortable chatting with homeowners on site
- Reliable work ethic and stamina for physically demanding outdoor work
- Team player ready to hustle with our large, hardworking crew
