Job Details / Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout as the primary field leader
• Drive rigorous safety culture, enforce compliance, and conduct ongoing site audits
• Own project scheduling, sequencing, and on-time execution across all phases
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field operations
• Maintain high standards of quality control and constructability
• Serve as the primary client-facing field representative, building trust with owners and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop younger superintendents, assistant supers, and field staff
• Manage RFIs, submittls, and documentation using modern construction technology
• Represent the organization professionally on every jobsite and foster strong trade-partner relationships

• Substantial experience as a Superintendent leading commercial projects from start to finish
• Proven background on K-12, higher education, healthcare, municipal/public sector, and complex renovation projects
• Exceptional strength in safety leadership, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and client communication
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members while holding people accountable
• Preferred proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, RFI/submittal workflows, and modern construction technology
• A builder who leads by example, values relationships, and seeks a long-term career rather than a short-term role
