Commercial Construction Project Manager

Alleato Group is a fast-growing commercial design-build general contractor seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership, and enjoys working directly with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver exceptional projects.

• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate procurement, submittals, and material tracking.
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendents to maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Support estimating efforts by coordinating subcontractor pricing and proposal development.
• Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and owner turnover.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (Required).
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Competitive Salary: $110,000–$140,000 + Bonus
