Join an employee-owned Owner’s Representative and Construction Management consulting firm that’s leading some of the nation’s most complex commercial capital projects.
This is an opportunity to represent the owner’s interests while leading MEP strategy, coordination, commissioning, and project delivery from preconstruction through project closeout. You’ll partner directly with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to help deliver technically complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Types- Industrial
- 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems on large commercial construction projects
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building controls
- Strong collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and trade partners
- Experience managing MEP budgets, schedules, change orders, risk, and commissioning
- Background supporting complex healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, higher education, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or commercial construction projects
- $140,000–$170,000 base salary + bonus + ESOP
