Construction Manager

Puro Clean of Southern Indiana is looking for a Full-Time Construction Manager to help run projects and ensure jobs are running smoothly. Company and Culture:

Job

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting job sites to inspect work quality
• Inspecting potential jobs and doing tasks required by insurance to get projects approved
• Ordering and aiding in pick up of material
• Working with subcontractors to ensure the job is getting finished in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Must have extensive knowledge of construction projects and be able to talk with homeowners about the repair process. Must have at least 3 years of construction or project management experience. Must be able to handle multiple projects pensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
