Location: Monrovia
Baker Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Treatment Plant Superintendent to lead on-site water/wastewater construction activities. Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale projects to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
You will lead field crews, manage reports, and enforce safety with the Safety Department. You will work across teams on complex projects, utilizing our self-perform capabilities to improve quality and performance, with travel up to 50%.
