Thompson Thrift is seeking a Preconstruction Project Engineer in Indianapolis, IN or Terre Haute, IN to support the early stages of multifamily projects. You will assist with estimating, budgeting, design coordination, and planning, collaborating with managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction roles, a CM-related degree, and a drive to grow in preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
