Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Our client manages projects through all phases of delivery, from preconstruction planning and budgeting through construction execution and closeout.

The organization operates with a collaborative, field-informed approach that emphasizes strong coordination between project management, field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and owners. Projects typically involve multiple stakeholders, aggressive schedules, and a high level of coordination across trades and disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation construction projects
• Ability to develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial performance
• Experience managing project schedules, including baseline development and updates
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scopes of work, and change order management
• Ability to coordinate with superintendents on field execution and project logistics
• Experience managing subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration
• Ability to lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation workflows
• Ability to forecast project costs and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong communication and leadership skills across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience using construction management software and project controls tools
• Ability to manage project closeout, turnover documentation, and final accounting processes
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
