Local Superintendent - Groundup Multifamily

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

The Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from start to finish. The initial project will be a ground-up Multifamily build on the south side of Indianapolis. My client specializes in the construction of wood-frame projects within the multifamily, senior living and healthcare sectors. This position requires providing leadership to the project teams in order to meet or exceed project goals related to the design, construction and quality of the project.

My client is looking for someone with Multifamily and wood framing experience who is able to put together look ahead schedules and use Procore.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent. Ground-up Multifamily experience is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by project locations.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
