Job Description About the Role

As a CBRE |T&T Project Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

This role will require an on-site presence at your client's campus in Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN three to four days a week.

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is responsibility for project management services within an assigned client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management of projects in regulated areas within pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging plant sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages all facets of project delivery including, but not limited to, pre-project safety and risk analysis, budget, schedule, procurement, and quality delivery approach for individual projects. Projects will, in large part, be located within regulated areas of a GMP facility.
Has a thorough understanding of Commissioning / Qualification / Validation principles from Project Planning, Requirements Definition, and Design Review through Test and Release.
Demonstrates capability to read, understand, and apply standards to complex documents affecting projects, including but not limited to, agreements/contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
Interfaces directly with client to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Initiates standard to complex request for proposals, completes bid analysis, leads evaluation interviews, and recommends resources to client.
Strict adherence to change management policies while providing recommendations, securing client approvals, and issuing change orders.
Promote and maintain an environment consistent with CBRE values including Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
