Join a team that values your well-being both in and out of the workplace. Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs from plans, drawings, and specifications.
Analyze project requirements, scope, and potential risks to determine appropriate pricing strategy.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field staff to understand constructability and productivity rates.
Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor quotes.
Assist in the development and submission of competitive bid proposals.
Participate in bid reviews and pre-bid meetings.
Maintain up-to-date unit pricing and historical cost data.
Support post-bid transition to operations with clear and organized estimate documentation.
Desired
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of estimating experience in civil construction, site development, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methods.
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., HCSS, Bluebeam, Excel).Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
