Salary:
Up to $110,000 + Benefits
A respected General Contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its Indianapolis team.
The company delivers a varied portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, municipal and renovation projects throughout Indiana and is looking for someone keen to continue developing their project management career.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Project Managers with project planning and delivery
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
- Track schedules, budgets, procurement and project progress
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and field teams
- Assist with buyout, meetings and project closeout
- Review drawings and specifications
- Support quality and safety requirements
- 1+ years of construction or project coordination experience
- General Contractor experience preferred
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
- Procore, Bluebeam or similar software experience is advantageous
