Our healthcare client is seeking a Technology Integration Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between IT teams and construction teams during the build of a new multi-billion-dollar healthcare facility.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring all technology infrastructure requirements are incorporated into the construction process from planning through occupancy. The ideal candidate has experience overseeing low-voltage and IT infrastructure installations within large construction projects and can effectively bridge communication between technical, operational, and construction stakeholders.
Must-Haves- 5+ years of project management, project coordination, or construction management experience supporting low-voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience working within construction environments, including reviewing blueprints, drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Hands-on knowledge of structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure.
- Understanding of BICSI standards and best practices.
- Experience using Procore or comparable construction management software, and Bluebeam or similar.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal business teams.
- Ability to perform QA/QC inspections and identify installation deficiencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite and support active construction activities.
- Healthcare or hospital construction experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects ($100M+).
- Knowledge of hospital technology environments including Data Centers, MDF/IDF buildouts, structured cabling, wireless infrastructure, nurse call systems, clinical technology infrastructure, and security/access control systems.
- BICSI Certification (RCDD preferred).
- PMP certification.
- Experience supporting facility activations, occupancy planning, or go-live readiness efforts.
- Experience coordinating technology work streams on new hospital construction projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between construction & IT teams.
- Review and manage Procore RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and construction documentation impacting technology infrastructure.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and low-voltage design documents to ensure IT requirements are captured and executed.
- Coordinate installation of structured cabling, data infrastructure, telecommunications, and other low-voltage systems.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections of technology infrastructure installations and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, risks, and field conflicts during construction.
- Track project milestones and readiness activities supporting occupancy and operational go-live.
- Facilitate communication across architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal technology teams.
- Ensure alignment of technology infrastructure with clinical and operational requirements within the hospital environment.
- Provide project status updates, documentation, and issue tracking using tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet.
