Job Details

The Assistant Project Manager will support the construction team across multiple project sites, helping drive projects from the bidding phase through to completion. You will work closely with the Project Manager on budgets, permits, subcontractor relationships, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.

What you will be doing:
  • Managing subcontractor relationships and helping develop work scopes
  • Assisting with budgets, bid processes, and construction document production
  • Submitting permits and handling local and state licensing requirements
  • Collecting and reviewing draw paperwork, invoices, lien waivers, and insurance documents
  • Managing RFIs, ASIs, and plan change communications with site staff and design teams
  • Supporting multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in new construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects
  • Experience pulling permits and working with building officials
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of job costing
  • Knowledge of OSHA and environmental safety standards
  • Valid driver's license required
