Job Details- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control
- Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination
- Experience working with project management software (Procore or similar)
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
