Role Description The Construction Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Etna Green, IN, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities related to the installation and setup of Kitchens To Go facilities. This position leads on-site crews, coordinates work schedules, and ensures tasks are completed safely, on time, and in alignment with project plans and quality standards. The Construction Team Lead conducts regular site walk-throughs, monitors progress, performs inspections, and resolves issues that may impact construction timelines or safety.

This role collaborates closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, providing clear communication on project status and requirements. The Construction Team Lead also supports material handling, enforces safety protocols, maintains site documentation, and helps train team members on best practices and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including leading crews, delegating tasks, and mentoring team members.
• Hands-on Site Supervision experience managing day-to-day construction operations and coordinating subcontractors.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors and documenting site activities.
• Proficiency in Inspection of construction work to verify quality, compliance with plans, and adherence to building codes and standards.
• Solid understanding of Construction Safety principles, including OSHA guidelines, jobsite hazard recognition, and safe work practices.
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction; background in modular or mobile facilities is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation manuals.
• Reliable problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and time management.
• Physical ability to work on active construction sites, including standing, lifting, and operating tools or equipment as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or construction-related certifications preferred.
