Senior Project Manager

A U.S. general contractor focused specifically on data center construction is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery across its growing portfolio.

The business delivers enterprise, colocation and hyperscale data center projects, with work ranging from smaller deployments through to 100MW+ developments.

• Take overall day-to-day leadership of data center projects from construction through completion
• Own schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, change management and project reporting
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and field teams to keep delivery on track
• Partner closely with the Superintendent and project team on construction progress, quality, safety and schedule
• Identify commercial, technical and schedule issues early and drive them through to resolution
• Maintain client communication and clear visibility on project progress, risks and financial performance
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications and closeout
• Proven data center construction experience is required
• Strong commercial and operational understanding of construction delivery
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, schedules, costs and changes
• Comfortable coordinating owners, design teams, trade partners and field operations
• Demonstrated ownership of project delivery from construction through completion
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% to project sites

• Remote-based with approximately 30% travel - all travel and accommodation expenses covered
• PM role with a GC dedicated to the U.S. data center market
• Exposure to enterprise, colocation and larger hyperscale developments
