We’re working with a well-established Indianapolis area commercial construction firm looking to add a Senior Superintendent.

This is an opportunity for a proven field leader who enjoys taking ownership of large, complex projects and leading teams from groundbreaking through completion — without having to live on the road.

The company’s project portfolio spans across large Commercial, Industrial, K-12 Educational, Government/Municipal and Civil projects. They are offering an industry leading compensation package. LOCAL WORK.

What You’ll Do

Lead all field operations on major commercial construction projects.
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, safety, quality, and daily field activities.
Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel.
Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule, quality, or budget.
Maintain a high standard of safety, craftsmanship, and project execution.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of commercial construction experience with strong Superintendent experience.
Proven experience leading $20M+ projects .
Background in one or more of the following:
Commercial, Industrial, K-12 Educational, Government/Municipal or other complex construction.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control.
Confident field leader who can communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
Indianapolis-area based or willing to make the move to Indianapolis.
