Our client is requesting an experienced On-Site Meeting Professional to execute the on-site meeting logistics. The client is requesting someone who is comfortable setting up basic AV – connecting an LCD projector to a laptop. You should be comfortable maneuvering within Power Point (i.e. launch slide presentation, plug in the slide advancer) Step by step instructions will be provided by the client in advance of the meeting.

  • 3/4, Wednesday – 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM

• Client requests that you wear professional business attire.

• Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
• Client may require you to participate in a pre-event conference call. You will be paid for this time.

• Client requests that you ensure food and beverage is onsite as Client has arranged.
• Client requests that you ensure audio visual is onsite and prepared as Client has arranged (the client will ship the laptop and connections will be delivered to the venue).
• Client requests that you ensure meeting room is set up and prepared as Client has arranged.

• Client requests that you pack left-over meeting materials and leave them at the venue for pick up. You may be asked to deliver meeting materials to a contracted shipping vendor
