Position Summary
Leads day-to-day graphic design and print production services to support internal teams and strengthen the Country Mark brand. Owns intake, design, prepress, production, and delivery for a wide range of print and digital assets, while ensuring quality, consistency, and cost‑effective execution. Partners with Human Resources and business leaders to support Internal Communications channels including the intranet, quarterly newsletter, company calendar, and digital signage.
This role is onsite at our Country Mark Innovation Center.
- Create on‑brand, audience‑appropriate designs across print and digital channels using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), applying strong typography, layout, and color‑management practices.
- Manage end‑to‑end requests from all Country Mark locations (intake, scoping, file setup, proofing, production, and delivery) for materials such as brochures, forms, process visuals, posters, banners, booklets, and digital signage content.
- Plan, write/edit, design, and publish the quarterly employee newsletter; manage content collection, approvals, and production timelines.
- Design, schedule, and govern digital signage content to ensure brand compliance, readability, and timely updates; coordinate with requestors on messaging and cadence.
- Maintain and continuously improve the intranet as a reliable employee resource (content hygiene, navigation, page freshness, and basic analytics/feedback loops).
- Maintain the company calendar of events; partner with stakeholders to capture key dates and drive awareness through appropriate channels.
- Operate and maintain print production and bindery equipment to produce high‑quality finished pieces (e.g., stapled booklets, coil binding); perform routine quality checks for color, alignment, and finishing; maintain stock items and standard templates.
- Coordinate high‑volume, time‑sensitive production and mailing workflows (e.g., Division Order checks and statements, 1099s, unclaimed property materials, tax‑related forms) to meet deadlines, ensure accuracy, and protect confidential information.
- Oversee mailroom operations and prioritize daily workflow; ensure compliance with current postal regulations, rates, and documentation for outgoing bulk/EDDM mailings; troubleshoot exceptions and coordinate with carriers as needed.
- Manage print and mailroom supply inventory and purchasing; maintain reorder points; evaluate alternatives and recommend cost‑saving substitutions without sacrificing quality or service levels.
- Coordinate toner/supplies and service requests for Konica printers across all Country Mark locations; track issues to resolution and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to reduce total print cost (in‑house vs. outsourced); maintain relationships with approved vendors; obtain quotes as needed and ensure outsourced work meets specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Serve as liaison for third‑party terminal print needs, coordinating requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations with internal requestors and external partners.
- Provide administrative coverage as needed when the Administrative Assistant is out of the office.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs.
