Your impact We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Filmmaker & Photographer to join the Marketing & Communication team. The selected person will be responsible for creating high-impact audiovisual content that contributes to the positioning of the brand, corporate communication, and support for different business areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute all phases of audiovisual projects: pre-production, production, filming, and post-production.
• Provide photographic and audiovisual support at corporate visits, events, national and international fairs, and institutional acts.
• Generate audiovisual content for social media campaigns, digital advertising, branding, and internal communication.
• Provide audiovisual support to different departments of the company.
• Adapt audiovisual pieces to different formats and communication channels.
• Manage and ensure the correct maintenance of audiovisual equipment (cameras, lenses, microphones, stabilizers, tripods, lighting, and other technical equipment).
• Coordinate external suppliers and resources when necessary for the execution of audiovisual projects.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with the Communication, Design, Fairs, and Events teams to contribute to business development.

We are looking for people with:

• Academic training:
  Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, and/or University Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Image, Multimedia, or related fields. Specialized studies in cinematography, professional photography, audiovisual production, digital content creation, or audiovisual realization are also valuable.
• Master's degree or complementary training in audiovisual production, visual storytelling, digital marketing, or artificial intelligence applied to content creation (valuable).
• Professional experience:
  Demonstrable experience in audiovisual production and professional photography.
• Languages:
  
  B2 English is valuable.
• Technical knowledge:
  Advanced knowledge of lighting for photography and video, both in studio and in industrial locations and events. Experience in planning and producing shoots, including technical scriptwriting, schedules, coordination of resources, and control of audiovisual productions. Professional handling of photography and video cameras, lenses, stabilization systems, lighting, audio recording, and audiovisual equipment. Knowledge of visual composition, audiovisual narrative, sound, and photography direction.
  
  Experience in video editing, color correction, post-production, and motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Experience in creating and adapting content for social media, digital campaigns, events, and corporate communication. Valuable experience in drone recording and corresponding certification. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to the creation and editing of audiovisual content.
