Graphic Designer at Tential Solutions

Through our events, trade, and development of sales materials, our team is responsible for how clients and partners experience the brand of Warner Bros. Discovery Ad Sales.

• Develop well‑crafted design solutions for an array of projects in support of our marketing and ad sales teams, including presentations, research reports, one‑sheets, email blasts/newsletters, trade ads, social content, sponsorship opportunity decks, etc.
• Develop and produce creative materials surrounding client hospitality events, internal events, and industry events: hero/key art, digital invitations and communication collateral, microsites (Splash/Ceros), environmental graphics and signage, presentation materials, branded premiums, etc.
• Responsible for project management tasks, including file management, tracking changes, backing‑up files, routing work for proof‑reading, sending files to vendors, and gaining internal approvals.

• PowerPoint presentation creation experience – deeply experienced and well‑versed in PowerPoint as deck/presentation development will be the primary function of this role. Ability to develop templates, create impactful visual layouts with consistent formatting and visual style, and solve problems for dense/content‑heavy slides.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign):
  Ability to create supporting graphics for presentations and design event collateral for digital and print.

• Proactive communicator comfortable and experienced in remote design.
• Creative and divergent in design approach but organized, strategic, and convergent in execution.
• Ability to produce materials that fall in cohesion with existing branding while bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions as needed.
• Thorough understanding of information design and layout, identity design, typography, print and visual systems design; experience in both digital and print design/production.
• Proactive communication and strong sense of time management; ability to work independently and swiftly with great attention to detail.
• Strong sense of organization and file management.
• Ability to maintain design consistency within a branded system across multiple deliverables for visual cohesion.
• High level of creativity and ability to communicate ideas to both internal and external clients; flexible to client demands; work well under pressure and multi‑task.

• Experienced in programs like Slack (daily communication), Monday/Airtable (project management), Splash/Ceros (microsites/event management), etc.
• Experience in specialty programs desired but not required (After Effects, Figma, 3D, etc).
• High proficiency in PowerPoint/MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
