Social Media Marketing & Content Creator

We're building out our social media presence and want a creative, brand-driven storyteller to lead it: someone who can walk into a project site or the studio, see what makes a space special, and turn it into content that's true to who we are. This isn't a role that repurposes stock templates or generic design trends; we're looking for a genuine creative eye that understands our brand, our voice, and our services well enough to represent us plainly and beautifully, both on camera and off.

You'll be out with us in person, visiting active job sites, sitting in on installs, and spending time in the studio, so you can capture real moments as they happen rather than working purely from a shot list.

We're starting with a goal of three posts per week, with an eye toward scaling up to daily content as the strategy and momentum build.

Create original content on-site at project walk-throughs, installs, and in the studio, both photo and video, that captures the real work and craftsmanship behind each project.

Plan and maintain a posting calendar, starting at 3x/week and scaling toward daily as the account grows.

Edit and design polished, on-brand posts, reels, and stories using Canva and video editing tools.

Translate our brand voice into captions, visuals, and storytelling that feel authentically "us": livable luxury, thoughtfully designed, family-centered, elevated yet approachable.

Highlight specific brand elements, such as our process, our team, and our services (new builds, remodels, furniture and décor, commercial projects), rather than generic before-and-afters.

Stay ahead of trends on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, adapting them to fit our voice instead of copying what everyone else is posting.

Track performance and use what's working (and what isn't) to keep refining the content strategy.

Collaborate closely with the design team and ownership to plan content around active projects, launches, and campaigns.

A creative mindset first: someone who can look at a room, a detail, or a moment on-site and instinctively know how to frame it.

Genuine interest in interior design, home building, or a similar creative and visual industry, enough to understand and represent our brand and services accurately.

Comfortable being out in the field: on job sites, at installs, and meeting our team and trade partners in person.

Proficiency in Canva for graphic and post design.

Working knowledge of video editing (Reels/Tik Tok-style short-form editing, Cap Cut, Premiere Rush, or similar).

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social platform best practices, including posting formats, engagement tactics, and algorithm basics.

A portfolio, personal account, or past work that shows original, non-templated creative thinking. We want ideas that go beyond what's already saturating the industry.

Reliable, self-directed, and consistent: someone who treats the content calendar like a real commitment, not an afterthought.

Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with a small, close-knit team.

You'll get a front-row seat to real design and build work. We're a small team that cares deeply about craft, family, and doing right by our clients, and we're looking for someone who wants to help tell that story consistently, creatively, and beautifully as we grow our brand's presence online.
