Overview
Milliman’s Indianapolis Health Practice is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual solutions across various platforms to effectively communicate our client's brand and engage their audience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand design requirements and project objectives
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print media
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
- Prepare and package design files for production or development
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a designer or in a similar creative role
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
Required
- Bachelor’s d egree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Submitting a portfolio, or sample files, is required for full consideration;
Skipping this step will automatically disqualify you from consideration for the position - 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Preferred
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (for web designers)
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment

The Team
The life sciences consulting team is a group of 70+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers. This group works primarily with life sciences companies and consults on their relationship with insurance companies and other stakeholders of the pharmaceutical value chain.
Location
The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with 2 to 3 days per week of on-site work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis.
