Creative Team Lead

Work Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Schedule/Timezone: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00/hr USD

In this role, you will guide a dedicated art team, ensure product aesthetic excellence, and seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI technology into modern design workflows.

• Direct, mentor, and inspire art team members to ensure artistic alignment.
• Oversee art production schedules to ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Guide digital branding and assist with web creative strategies.
• Lead product and packaging design initiatives from concept to production.
• Integrate AI-driven creative tools to streamline workflows and enhance design.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in creative design and product development.
• Direct experience in physical product development.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Creative design experience focused on packaging and product design.
• Hands-on experience in caricature drawing.
• Practical application and understanding of AI technologies within creative workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Flipsnack.

• Design experience specifically within toys, apparel, and headwear.
• Experience working within remote, cross-functional teams.
• Strong familiarity with web layout design and digital content strategy.
• Experience living in the United States with an understanding of the US Sports Team Marketplace.
