• Lead and inspire the team by example, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Drive project progress with vision and leadership, building trust and positively influencing the team.
• Organize and run effective daily meetings to engage and empower the team, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Utilize resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to address both customer and internal challenges.
• Manage projects and time effectively, considering the overall production process to minimize waste and optimize media use.

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on guiding and inspiring the team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing daily operations and project coordination.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• A solid understanding of print industry standards, including prepress, and previous experience operating digital wide-format print equipment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of prepress, pre-flight, and print layout processes.
• Experience in project coordination, including client consultation and proofing.
• Operational knowledge with wide-format digital presses and finishing techniques (mounting, laminating, cutting, weeding).
• Experience or knowledge in installing window/wall graphics and various signage is a plus.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Consistent attention to detail with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of Pantone Colors, CMYK, and RGB color.
• Awareness of various print media and substrates.

• Monday to Friday, 7:30/8 AM to 5/5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for overtime when needed.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Our complete digital shop prints construction documents while also managing project distribution through its online ePlanroom. Beyond construction documentation, our extensive graphics department produces a wide range of small format pieces (posters, brochures, mailings, and flyers), to large format projects (banners, fence wraps, construction site signage, life-size cutouts, way finding signage, etc.).
