YouTube Channel Host – Outdoor Video Shoot

This is a contract, Indianapolis based role responsible for presenting and hosting on-camera content for Qlupy Studios' You Tube productions. Day-to-day tasks include hosting outdoor video shoots, delivering scripted and unscripted dialogue, engaging audiences with clear and confident communication, and collaborating with the production team to refine concepts. The role involves preparing for shoots by reviewing scripts or outlines, participating in basic planning discussions, and providing creative input on content style and pacing.

The host may also work with editors and marketers to ensure episodes align with channel branding and audience expectations, and must be comfortable working in various outdoor environments while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.

• Strong on-camera Communication skills with the ability to present clearly, confidently, and in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.
• Practical experience or familiarity with Video Production and Video Editing workflows to collaborate effectively with the creative team.
• Understanding of You Tube platform best practices and basic Marketing principles for audience engagement and channel growth.
• Ability to follow scripts or outlines while improvising naturally and adapting to outdoor shoot conditions.
• Reliable internet access, suitable equipment for remote coordination, and willingness to travel locally for outdoor shoots as needed.
• Prior experience as a host, presenter, or content creator is preferred but not required; portfolio or reel is a plus.
